Fernando Calderon is a licensed General Contractor in North and South Carolina. He is accredited as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to plan, execute and control projects. He is also accredited as a Green Rater from the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) to verify quality and sustainability measures in single-family homes as well as multi-family buildings. Throughout his career, Fernando has led international teams of architects, engineers, executives and investors from multinational companies in the execution of real estate projects ranging from 10,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet in construction.

Soccer is his passion, whether he is on the field or teaching his kids how to play..
